GENERAL
➤ You are not allowed to use my work for NFTs or AI learning.
➤ If I do not feel comfortable with your order, I have the right to decline your commission.

Human/humanoid OC's, furry, portrait, fantasy creatures, chibis, fanarts, characters with armor (Not extremely detailed), NSFW.I DON'T DRAW
Gore, Nsfw w/minors, extremely detailed illustrations without any reference, mecha.PAYMENTS
➤ 100% upfront.
➤ Extra fee of 20% to keep your commission private while wip.
➤ Extra fee of 50% to keep your commission fully private.
➤ Half price for commercial use (streaming/content use).
➤ Price may vary because of design complexity.REVISIONS
➤ Revision at the sketch stage.I won't change the pose of the drawing if you don't ask for a specific one from the beginning.
➤ In the approval stage I will accept 2 mayor changes (like hairstyle, face expression or something about the outfit) and 2 minor changes (like moles, or scars).
➤ Up to 2 revisions, unless its my mistake, after that, 5 USD for each major change.
➤ Giving feedback/asking for revisions is the client responsibility; if there is no feedback within 7 days of a WIP being sent, you understand that you are missing the revision period, and I will be moving on with the commission. Any revisions later may incur additional fees. I am not responsible for any delays to the final product caused by delays during each revision period.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

➤ All commission pricing listed are for personal use only.
➤ The commissioner reserves the right to: claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself, share/repost their artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artists.
➤ Commercial or asset use fee will be charged 2 TIMES or MORE from the original price depending on how you plan on using your commission (Merch / stream / Banner / YouTube / Twitch asset / any ad supported sites).
➤ Commercial use (such as promotion) must be discussed beforehand!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I have the right over any work done, and may use it on my portfolio and social media platforms. I also have the right to print and produce merchandise of works of FanArt.
➤ Customer personal use: Profile picture, banner, character reference.
➤ Customer commercial use: stream graphics and content.REFUNDS
➤ Customer may cancel the commission before the payment is made.
➤ I won't do refunds after the commission is accepted.COMMUNICATION
